Absence
Rules
Important: It is the
responsibility of the parent or guardian to call the school
every time a child is absent.
It is recognized that absence from school is necessary under
certain conditions. Every effort must be made to keep absences,
interruptions, and tardiness to a minimum
" First time late coming; verbal warning will be given.
" Second time late coming; written warning will be
given, parents are informed.
" Third time late coming; student will be considered
absent for 1 day .
In case
of being absent the rules below is carried out:(Unless
they have an excuse)
" 2 days absence of school, parents are informed.
" 6 days absence of school, verbal warning will be
given.
" 9 days absence of school, written warning will be
given.
" 12 days absence of school, final written warning
will be given.
" 15 days absence of school student will be expelled
from the school.
