Policy Of TIS-Aden
1. Marking and examination rules
" Annual grade (100 %): First
term (50%) + Second term (50%)
" First term grade (50%): Monthly Grade (20%) +Midterm
Exam (30%)
" Second term grade (50%): Monthly Grade (20%) +Midterm
Exam (30%)
" Monthly grade (100%): Monthly exam (60%) +Homework
(20%) +Class work(20%)
2. Exams
must be taken only on the prearranged dates that are set
by the school administration.
3. Due to personal reasons those who cannot take exams at
the prearranged dates parents or students must inform the
administration at least a week in advance so that teachers
may prepare alternative exams. Therefore those who take
the exams early or later than the pre arranged dates will
be fined 1000YR per exam.
4. Those who are sick and aren't able to take the exams
must provide medical reports of their sickness through the
doctors that TIS-Aden is on contract.
5. TIS is to get the exams schedule ready a week before
the exams.
6. Students are to inform their parents about the exams
schedule on time.
